Why Billbo? Its simple, as kids my brother and I loved the Lord of the Rings, the books that is. It didn’t take long for him begin calling me Billbo. A moniker from him that I wear proudly to this day. It captures for me the sense of wonder and adventure that Bilbo Baggins had for the world. The tales he told of his travels captured the imagination of all who heard them. Whether he was believed or not, his audience always sat enraptured. Along with the tales of his journeys Bilbo was a keen observer of the world and little escaped him.

This blog is dedicated to my brother Buck wherever he is. I hope that I bring a little of Bilbo’s wit and wisdom to these pages.
